Customer Success and Onboarding Director
Within Global Operations, the Customer Success and Onboarding organization is responsible for the Onboarding of SOC, CyberSOC services and the Customer Success Managers. The team counts around 125 people spread in over 8 countries across Europe, Africa, America and Asia. Frequent travels in Europe and exceptionally in other regions, to be expected.
In your role, you will:
- Provide best in class Customer onboarding, service activation and customer care at the best cost to SOC, CyberSOC and CERT entities.
- Ensure onboarding times are in line with customer expectations and constantly optimized.
- Design, build and put in action the different processes required to onboard customers and ensure customer satisfaction. You will need a keen understanding of our business through interaction with our sales, product and delivery team.
- Understand ongoing projects to be able to seamlessly interact with the customer.
- Develop and execute the global customer success strategy to drive customer satisfaction, retention and growth across all regions.
- Monitor industry trends, market changes and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in customer success strategies.
- Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, advocating for customer needs and driving a focus on customer success.
Who are you?
- You have over 10 years of experience in management.
- An understanding of managed security services and how they respond to a customer’s needs.
- You have participated in several major customer facing projects as project manager or similar.
- Fluent in English.
